My group of friends and I came to play on this property once a week for about 2 months. I can safely say that I will not be returning. The owner of the property will act strangely around you. He will watch from a distance, insert himself into conversations, and knit pick everything you could potentially do wrong while on the courts. Pray to the man upstairs you don’t go over 5 mph by accident while entering the property or you will be threatened with a permanent ban. And to the owner, learn to talk to people like a normal human being without escalating every little issue. Beautiful property though. Thank you.

Very nice courts but uncomfortable place to play. We’ve been playing there for about 1.5 months, odd interactions with the owner throughout but ended with a bang. I brought some friends from out of town that were new to the sport, we were just having fun and catching up. The owner started to watch us from a distance and slowly crept up over a 15 minute span to stand right by our court. For the receiving team, the serve receiver stays back and the partner goes up usually, we had new people and were just hanging out so both players were back on the receive. The owner started yelling and screaming at the receiving team that one of them needed to get up. Aggressive and strange, we let him know that we were just having fun, he became even more aggressive and said “well if you’re not going to play pickle ball the right way you shouldn’t be playing”. He then walked away and started very loudly talking badly about our group to another group of people easily in earshot. We left and he became even more aggressive and followed us to our cars. We believe he was under the influence and looking for a fight as we saw him yelling at another group earlier that day and the behavior was very strang

Larry is the best. We came and the courts were wet, he very quickly got out his blower and dried the courts off for us, and made sure we played on the safest and most dry court! This is my favorite place in the city to play! It’s $5 cash, but totally worth it!

This is the place to play pickleball if you’re in Memphis. Absolutely beautiful. So peaceful. Horses roam around while you play. The owner even has soft drinks and Gatorade in coolers for you!

Best time ever! Loved the cozy room, the vaulted ceilings and rustic feel. The open space and fireplace gave the room a tasteful ambiance. The little pond with water feature delicately frames this cottage, adding charm and beauty. Come experience this little piece of heaven right here in Memphis!
